This is a rare fusion wine of apples and grapes made from Fuji apples from Nanyo, Yamagata Prefecture, and Pink Della apples from our own farm, which are grown at a time when they are slightly more colored than Blue Della apples.

The apple juice obtained by slowly squeezing the apples in an apple juicer is fermented at low temperature for three months without being racked. At the end of the fermentation, Pink Della oranges brewed from our own farm and preserved without sulfites are added, and the juice is allowed to undergo a secondary fermentation in the bottle.

The colour is a deep ripe apple yellow and mellow orange, a characteristic of a sulfite-free wine.
The taste has the apple flavor that is characteristic of cider and the elegant and refined acidity of Pink Della, which comes from its moderate acidity, so I think it will go well with a variety of dishes.

The carbonation is moderate, but the fine bubbles give off a stronger malic acid flavor after the second serving.
The Pink Della core keeps the drink from dripping, so you'll never get bored of drinking it until the very end.

He thought that by using grape wine to complement the low alcohol content of apples, which do not produce much acidic character, it would be possible to create a more enjoyable wine.
