This pure rice ginjo sake is made using Misato Nishiki, a sake rice from Akita Prefecture that has its parents Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki.

It has a rich sweetness with the light and refreshing taste that only low-protein rice can provide, leaving you feeling refreshed after drinking it.
It has an elegant touch and is followed by a sweet and sour fruity taste.

The clear taste that only the middle cut can provide and the gassy feeling that comes from fermentation are also appealing.
