Using the rich water and rice of Aizu, one brewed with great care by skilled brewers.
This product is made with 45% polished “Yume no Kaori” rice grown locally in Aizu Bandai.

The alcohol content is suppressed to 14%, and it is characterized by its refreshing taste. Soft sweetness and deep flavor spread in a gentle scent, and you can enjoy a clear throat. This refreshing finish is one that you will want to drink in the hot summer.

Eikawa Sake Brewery's limited distribution brand "Aizu Ryugasawa" bears the name of the spring water area "Ryugasawa" representing the "Bandai Nishisanroku Spring Group" designated as one of the 100 best waters in Japan. It is a local sake that sticks to "Aizu" brewed by craftsmen in Aizu.
