“Gamma” is a blend of two types of gin aged for 32 months in whiskey barrels, with the theme of the coexistence of barrel-derived flavors and botanicals.
In addition to juniper berries, the botanicals include yuzu and sansho to add a refreshing and spicy flavor.

We recommend drinking it straight for its warmth or with soda for its botanical flavor.
