A very limited edition sake that is only shipped once a year

It has a pear-like fruity ginjo aroma and a light mouthfeel.
This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made using Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki rice, and is slightly sweet, well-balanced, and very easy to drink.
It has no particular flavor and can be enjoyed with a wide range of dishes, both Japanese and Western.

・About Fuji Sake Brewery
Founded in 1778 (Anei 7), Eiko Fuji is a sake brewery in the Oyama area of ​​Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, with ties to the Sengoku period warlord, Kato Kiyomasa.
They are committed to brewing almost every season, and produce fresh new sake every month, such as Yaminari Shusui, Shichisei, and Mori no Kuma-san, using different types of sake rice and yeast.
