The sake rice used is " Misato Nishiki " , a thoroughbred sake rice from Akita Prefecture with both Yamada Nishiki and Miyamanishiki as its parents. The sake is carefully hand-packed one by one immediately after pressing to preserve the flavor , and then pasteurized in the bottles.
This is an unusual brand that received technical guidance from President Takagi of Juyondai, a famous Yamagata sake brewery that is likely to be known even by people who do not usually drink sake.
