Although it is super dry ( sake degree +15 ) , it has the mellowness of junmai ginjo and the richness of unblended sake.
It goes well with a wide variety of dishes, from seafood to meat dishes.
It is also attractive that it is made entirely in Fukui Prefecture, using Fukui Prefecture's Gohyakumangoku and brewed with Fukui Prefecture yeast (FK-501 , Kanazawa yeast type ) .
