100% Merlot from our own farm

Only well-ripened bunches of Merlot from our own fields in Yawata and Iwate districts are harvested and carefully vinified. Aged in French oak barrels and bottles.
The small stems that are torn off by the machine are removed by hand, and the round grains are gradually crushed through maceration to bring out the natural fruit flavor.

Deep aromas such as dried plums, black cherries, conifers and tanned leather rise.
When you put it in your mouth, the soft fruit flavors such as apricots and cherries swell up, and the tannins go on smoothly.

A faint mocha nuance in the aftertaste.
This is a book that gives you a sense of honesty, as if it were a copy of the serious manual work in the fields and warehouses rather than strength.

Along with wasabi, it goes well with beef tataki, roast beef, stewed beef or pork, meat and potatoes, and grilled eel.
