Kame-no-O, which is called phantom rice, is polished to 60 %.
Because it uses non-standard (third- class rice ) , it cannot be labeled as pure rice and is treated as ordinary sake.
This is a limited edition sake that expresses our desire to cherish the rice grown by our contracted farmers without wasting it.

The mouthfeel is refreshing, with a deep and unique taste that is typical of Kameno-o, with just the right amount of acidity and a sharpness that goes down your throat.
