They previously used Yamadanishiki rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture, but Oonakaya, being the flagship model of a local sake brewery, realized that they should also use rice from Yamanashi, and that giving back to Yamanashi farmers is what a local sake brewery should be, so they switched to Yumesansui rice produced in Yamanashi Prefecture.

We take pride in our shop name and are committed to taking great care in every brewing process, from making the koji to pressing.
