Mr. Ono, the Toji of Sotoike Brewery, sets a theme each year and brews this unlimited sake with free-thinking ideas.

It has a sweet fruity aroma reminiscent of white peach and apple, with nuances of ripe banana.
When you take a sip, tropical aromas spread, and immediately after opening, a subtle effervescence creates freshness.
Over time, it transforms into a mellow and lustrous texture.

While leveraging the light taste characteristic of Gohyakumangoku rice, it is finished with a rich and well-balanced flavor by layering elegant sweetness and appropriate acidity.
