"The Nightwalker" was named with the concept of enjoying sake with a slightly excited feeling, themed around a "night walk" where one can appreciate the glow of the moon and stars, the flow of clouds, and the night breeze on one's cheek.

This Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with 50% polished Gohyakumangoku rice from Toyama Prefecture and yeast #701, resulting in a pleasant light acidity.
