・Excerpt from the Hokusetu Sake Brewery official website
Founded in 1872. It started in Akadomari, Sado.
Hokusetu Sake Brewery began brewing sake as a sake brewery with a gentle appearance located on the coast of a small port.
It went through the Meiji, Taisho, and Showa eras, and in 1948, Hazumi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. was established.
In 1993, the company name was changed to Hokusetu Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., and it has continued to this day.
The skilled techniques have been protected and passed down since the company's founding.
On the other hand, it has successively incorporated new "moves" that have never been seen before, such as musical performances, ultrasonic vibrations, and centrifuges, pioneering a new era of sake brewing with innovative sake brewing. Indeed, tradition and innovation are the reasons why Hokusetu Sake Brewery is a challenger.
