This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made using 100% Kita Shizuku, one of the three sake rice brothers that Hokkaido is proud of.

It has a fresh fruity aroma and sweetness reminiscent of a mix of red and yellow apples.
It has a pure Kitashizuku-like flavor that is free of impurities and is fresh, fruity, and clear.
