Watanabe Sake Brewery's desire to provide delicious sake to as many people as possible has made it possible for people to enjoy it at home .

By aging the moromi for a long period of time at low temperatures, we are able to maximize the alcohol content, flavor, and richness of sake.
The sake is aged using the same storage management method used for sake submitted to the Kanpei Association, where the bottle is wrapped in newspaper to protect it from light.
