Doors is produced by Atsushi Hiyama, the second son of the owner of Umeda Sake Brewery, which brews Honshu Ichiban sake. The name Doors comes from the desire to open the door to new flavors of Honshu Ichiban sake by challenging themselves with new aromas and flavors.
A pure rice ginjo with a sweet banana-like aroma and a light, dry finish.
This is a drink you won't get tired of, whether you drink it on its own or with a meal.
A few days after opening, the aroma will become stronger and the drink will become easier to drink.
