This sake is bottled directly from "Moei Ibuki," a newly developed sake rice variety of the Omachi variety, which was developed in Hiroshima Prefecture.
This sake has the volume and fruitiness that only direct-draw sake can offer.

Enjoy the exciting fruity aroma and rich flavor.

-From the back label: Tenpoichi is located in a warm region in eastern Hiroshima Prefecture, near the Seto Inland Sea (Kanbe-cho, Fukuyama City).
The "brewing water" used in sake brewing is soft water (ancient water) pumped up from 200 meters underground at our brewery.

With the motto of "making sake the perfect supporting actor that brings out the best in food," we aim to make sake that does not interfere with meals. We value the umami, acidity, and sharpness that spreads when you put it in your mouth, and we carefully brew each and every grain of koji using our original box koji production method.
