In fact, Inoue Soy Sauce has been secretly selling carefully brewed small batches of soy sauce to a few restaurants that specialize in local flavors.
After hearing about it, many people inquired about using it.
However, we didn't have enough stock and couldn't meet their demands...

In response to requests from such people, we have increased the amount we brew and will be releasing it from the cellar as a limited edition product, which will also be available in limited quantities at our store!
