Powerful and crisp freshly squeezed

The rice suitable for sake brewing is polished to 55 % of the ginjo sake level to bring out the goodness of the material.
It is brewed using the same method as ginjo sake, and is carefully brewed under low temperature control.
Stored in negative temperature controlled refrigeration and shipped for a limited time.
