This sake is good when it's hot!

It is a summer-limited sake that is brewed in early summer every year after 2 months of low-temperature aging without any pasteurization, valuing the fresh taste of sake squeezed in spring.

A gorgeous scent reminiscent of apples and melons.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the smooth, moist sweetness and umami, and the aftertaste is smooth.
It's not too flashy, so it's a Junmai Daiginjo that goes well even on hot days.
