Potato shochu with a sweet aftertaste, aged in Calvados wood barrels.

Hamakomachi potatoes grown in-house are processed through a three-step process of white koji and yellow koji to create an unprocessed sake that maximizes the unique aroma of Hamakomachi, which is the raw material, and is used in the storage of Calvados, an apple brandy. Aged for 2 years in wooden barrels.
After two years of aging, the wine has a sweet flavor and a long-lasting aftertaste.

Enjoy the sweet aftertaste on the rocks.
