Kyoeidou 2022 Shinsei Autumn Release Light Red

We use Muscat Berry A and Kyoho grapes harvested in Katsunuma Town, Yamanashi City, and Makioka Town.
It is made up of maceration carbonic that has been aged in medium and small barrels for about half a year, Muscat Bailey A that has been brewed, and Kyoho that has been fermented and aged in barrels with juice.

A bluish strawberry color.
Aromas of dill, thyme, yogurt and cherry.
The smooth mouthfeel gives off a long-lasting aroma reminiscent of vanilla ice cream.
Over time, the aroma of strawberries and cassis, as well as acacia and lavender, emerges, and you can also feel a slightly honey-like ripeness.

We recommend using a slender glass at a slightly higher temperature, like room temperature, to bring out the fruit and ripeness.
If you want to enjoy it warm, try red beef with mustard sauce, or if you want to enjoy it cold, try a salad with pink grapefruit.
It goes well with sweet and sour dishes such as persimmons.
