Ikeda Barrel-Aged Koshu 2024 750ml
[Ikeda Barrel-aged Koshu 2024
A refreshing, slightly dry white wine
Fermentation in modern stainless steel tanks produces clean, fresh aromas, followed by aging in old barrels, which brings out the calming effects of aging without adding any barrel aromas.
The refreshing aroma of Koshu grapes.
The soft aroma of aging and lively acidity spread throughout your mouth, leaving you with a pleasant aftertaste.
It goes well with dishes that make the most of the flavor of ingredients such as scallops and white fish.
