This is a blended whiskey made from British malt stored in sherry casks and our own cask grains, recreating the flavor of Peak Whiskey when it was first released ( mid-Showa period ) .

Chilled filtration removes as much of the flavor as possible, resulting in a faint sherry aroma and mellow taste.
