[Togouchi Whisky]

The remains of a tunnel, originally excavated for railway use, have been converted into the "Togouchi Storage Facility" and are used for aging sake.

It is a blend of grain whiskey with different characteristics ( unblended whiskey with a soft sweetness and unblended whiskey rich in minerals and grain flavors ) and malt whiskey with a moderate peaty aroma and a soft sweetness reminiscent of vanilla or chocolate.

The result is a whiskey that is light in flavor yet complex and powerful.
It has a sweet aroma, but the whole is enveloped in a hint of honey, nut and corn flakes, followed by a faint scent of peat.
It has a light and mild flavor, with a sweet aroma reminiscent of grains and honey that gives it a mellow taste, and a subtle peaty aroma that tightens the aftertaste.
