[Fudou Suisei Junmai Ginjo Dry Unfiltered Raw Sake]

A dry sake that is both satisfying to drink and has a dry taste.

The rice used is "Suisei" from Hokkaido, polished to 60%.
The upbeat aroma and acidity come from yeast No. 701.

It has a crisp acidity and rich flavor reminiscent of citrus fruits, and is easy to drink, making it a great choice for drinking with meals.
It combines the satisfying taste of unpasteurized sake with a dry, spicy flavor perfect for summer.

We also recommend drinking it on the rocks with ice floating in it.
