Juicy Omachi Junmai Daiginjo, made using the popular sake rice "Omachi" as a fruit!

Inspired by the fruit kingdom of Okayama Prefecture, this juicy sake is brewed using Omachi rice, treating it more like a fruit than rice.
Enjoy the fruity flavor of Omachi sake, matched with the freshness that only raw bottling can provide with a single pasteurization.

・Established in the Edo period by Ryujin Shuzo. Using the extremely soft water pumped from the Ryujin well dug within the brewery as brewing water, we brew our own unique sake with a flexible approach, led by our experienced staff brewers.
We strive to make sake that brings out the individuality of sake rice varieties such as Yamadanishiki, Omachi, Gohyakumangoku, and Aizan, aiming to produce a rich, delicious type of sake that allows you to taste the natural flavor of the rice.
What we focus on most is the traditional techniques unique to sake and the sensibilities of the people who use those techniques.
We believe that the important thing about "handmade" sake is not how much effort is put into it, but where and why the effort was put into it. While we continue to brew sake in the traditional way, we are always striving to make even better sake, incorporating new methods and innovations.
