・About Tateyama Sake Brewery
The company was founded in 1824 .
Named after Mt. Tateyama, one of Japan's three most famous mountains, this sake is based on the belief in pursuing quality and is brewed using underground water from the clear Shogawa River, which is filtered through granite originating from Mt. Hakusan, as its brewing water.The raw rice used is mainly Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, which is considered the best rice suitable for sake brewing, as well as other high-quality rice suitable for sake brewing, such as Gohyakumangoku, a representative rice variety suitable for sake brewing in the Hokuriku region.
