"Yamakawa Mitsuo" was born from a combination of the "mountain" from Yamagata Masamune, the "river" from Tatenogawa, the "light" from Toko, and the "man" from Uyo Otokoyama.

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the release of the collaborative product, a limited edition Kijoshu made from sake from four breweries has been released.
Kijoshu is a luxurious drink that uses sake instead of brewing water.

Thanks to everyone's warm support, Mitsuo was able to celebrate his 10th anniversary.
They are dancing the Yamagata specialty "Hanagasa Ondo" on top of the mikoshi. You can feel the overflowing joy.
To celebrate, Mitsuo brewed a Kijoshu using the four-year-old sake.
