This groundbreaking drink can be considered a sequel to "Semi Shigure," Tsuchiya Sake Brewery's summer sake, which is a low-alcohol undiluted sake with a sweet and sour taste similar to white wine.
Anyway, we test brew small quantities, aiming for a drinkable quality sake even with less than 10% undiluted sake.

Muscat and lychee aromas.
The sake has a refreshing acidity reminiscent of apples and citrus fruits, and a texture reminiscent of muscat or plum juice.

It has an enchanting taste, reminiscent of an Alsace white wine.

About Tsuchiya Sake Brewery Founded in 1900. The name of the sake comes from the phrase "Kame no Umi" (turtle, long life, sea), which means "truly auspicious," and was chosen with the hope that it would be served at joyous banquets.
Using underground water from the Chikuma River and sake rice from Sakudaira, we continue to brew mellow local sake in our historic wooden brewery.
