We use the finest red potatoes, grown using the most passionate cultivation methods by experienced producer Fukuzo Shinchi on fertile land that has been improved under the guidance of Dr. Uda Shigenori, vice president of the NPO Regional Renaissance .

Kotobuki Shuzo was founded in 1985 ( Showa 60 ) by five shochu breweries, each with over 100 years of history , joining forces to establish the company.
In 2010 , we reorganized into a joint-stock company and, with the spirit of our precious brewery that has been passed down from generation to generation, we will continue to deliver authentic shochu, which can be said to be the culture of southern Kyushu.
