This is a new style of potato shochu with a gorgeous citrus scent reminiscent of a unique orange, which is hard to believe is potato shochu.

Made with sweet potato koji, full amount of sweet mamasari, and the yeast is Kagoshima aroma yeast No. 1 , which is distilled under reduced pressure.
The two components that give the unique citrus aroma of potato shochu are more than 10 times higher than regular potato shochu .
It's very tropical and gorgeous, but the taste is soft and light.
