[Vineyards Kikushima Bubjan Rouge 2022 -Petillant-]

Limited production of 600 units!

The wine is made mainly from Muscat Bailey A from Yamanashi City and Koshu City, with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon blended in.
After fermentation with natural yeast, the wine is not stored in barrels, and filtration is kept to a minimum. This Petillant is made from wine made without the use of sulfites, and undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle.

It is mainly made with Muscat Bailey A, but has a subtle candy aroma and a dry, slightly effervescent finish.

Leave in the refrigerator for several hours or more to allow the sediment to settle, then open the bottle slowly.
