This wine is made from Delaware grapes from 2024, a year of extreme heat, and has a good balance of milder acidity and umami flavor than usual.
This is a dry sparkling white wine with a refreshing acidity and a pleasant fizzing sensation.

We also recommend adding ice and drinking it like a sour drink!
