A gentle orange wine


Made using Koshu seeds from Yamanashi Prefecture, with no antioxidants (sulfites) added.

A soft wine that takes advantage of the pink flavor of the Koshu variety.
After the grapes are crushed, the grapes are fermented by contact with the skins for 4 days, and the liquid is circulated every day and pressed on the 5th day.

The bittersweetness of hassaku skin and the gentle, rounded acidity.
A soft orange wine with a spring feel.
