A sake made using red yeast that Eiko Fuji is challenging!

This is the first Junmai Daiginjo sake from Eiko Fuji to use red yeast.

This is a rare sake with a beautiful red color reminiscent of rosé wine. It is not artificially colored, but uses yeast that turns the sake itself red when heated during the mash stage.

A juicy, low-alcohol drink with an appealing sweet and sour taste!
