Founded in 1778 (Anei 7), Eiko Fuji is a sake brewery in the Oyama area of ​​Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, with ties to the Sengoku period warlord, Kato Kiyomasa.
They are committed to brewing almost every season, and produce fresh new sake every month, such as Yaminari Shusui, Shichisei, and Mori no Kuma-san, using different types of sake rice and yeast.
