This Junmai Daiginjo sake is brewed using all handmade koji and "Raiden-sama no Shimizu," a spring water made from the melting snow of Mt. Hakkai.
By combining Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 45 % with Miyamanishiki, we have created a pure rice sake that is characteristic of Hakkaisan, with a sharp taste that you will never get tired of.
Its clear, beautiful flavor and gentle, refined sweetness enhance the flavor of any dish.
