Fruity aroma and juicy taste
We use Kochi prefecture yeast CEL24 and 50% polished Gin no Yume rice grown in the rice terraces of the Tosa Reihoku region where our brewery is located.
A fruity scent reminiscent of apples and pineapples.
It is sweet and juicy, but it harmonizes perfectly with the refreshing acidity, and the finish flows beautifully.
It goes well with dishes using herbs, Italian dishes, and Western dishes such as tomato sauce.
Serve well chilled.
