A harmony of refreshing taste and aroma

Made from 100% Akita Sake Komachi rice, polished to 55%.
After pressing, the sake is unfiltered and the alcohol content is adjusted to the 15% range with added water before being bottled as a summer limited edition sake.

It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of fine fruit, a moderate flavor and a refreshing, gentle acidity.
This is a limited edition sake with a light taste that is perfect for summer.

In the second year of the Genroku era, Nabetani built a brewery in front of the gates of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and began brewing sake.
The brewery has now moved to the rural countryside of Kanzaki Town in Katori County, where they brew "Jinyuu" and "Fudo."
For a long time, sake brewing has been entrusted to master brewers, such as Niigata master brewers and Nanbu master brewers.
Wanting to make "unique sake with our own efforts," we began brewing sake entirely in-house in 1997.
All processes are carried out by our own staff, and we are constantly aware of the quality of the sake at each stage.
Our number one priority is to ship products that many customers will consider "delicious!"
There is alcohol between people, and there is alcohol between hearts. My mission is to make sake that resonates with such hearts.
