[Okuroku Junmai Ginjo Kimoto Unite Nama-zake]

A beautiful interplay of acidity and sweetness, a highly refined sake

This sake uses 100% "Yui no Kaori," a sake-brewing rice grown in Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture, and employs Yeast No. 6.

Upon tasting, a plump and soft sweetness spreads, which is pleasantly tightened by a refreshing acidity.
Furthermore, a subtle effervescence adds rhythm to the whole, creating a fresh and vibrant drinking experience.

The finish is clean and refreshing, leaving no heavy feeling.
With a beautiful harmony of sweetness and acidity, this highly refined sake can be enjoyed with food or on its own.

"Okuroku" is a brand started by Iwate Meijo in Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture, as a limited-edition product for specialty stores, after approximately 5 years of experimental brewing.
It uses 100% Iwate-grown rice as its raw material, pursuing a food-pairing sake with a theme of balance between sweetness and acidity.
It is a limited-distribution brand for specialty stores that constantly challenges itself by returning to the origins of sake brewing.
