“Tamagawa Junmai Ginjo Mya” was named after Kinoshita Sake Brewery’s signboard cat .
Due to Mya's popularity and the deep affection for cats among cat lovers, the response was overwhelming and sold out faster than expected.
Even after it was sold out, we received many inquiries from the owner, and we have released a small amount as the second and third series!

Inspired by Mya's fluffy fur, the rice is watered up to 14 degrees, giving it a light yet umami flavor typical of Tamagawa, giving it a sharp taste.
This time in the 4th edition, it has a slightly sweeter finish than before.
