Fudo Special Junmai Hiyaoroshi 720ml/1800ml
[Fudou Special Junmai Hiyaoroshi]
This flavor is exquisite.
A calm ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the rich flavor and full-bodied taste of the rice spreads.
It has a slightly spicy aftertaste but a light, refreshing finish, making it a perfect match for autumn flavors.
・Extract from the official Nabeten website
In the second year of the Genroku era, Nabetani built a brewery in front of the gates of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and began brewing sake.
The brewery has now moved to the rural countryside of Kanzaki Town in Katori County, where they brew "Jinyuu" and "Fudo."
For a long time, sake brewing has been entrusted to master brewers, such as Niigata master brewers and Nanbu master brewers.
Wanting to make "unique sake with our own efforts," we began brewing sake entirely in-house in 1997.
All processes are carried out by our own staff, and we are constantly aware of the quality of the sake at each stage.
Our number one priority is to ship products that many customers will consider "delicious!"
There is alcohol between people, and there is alcohol between hearts. My mission is to make sake that resonates with such hearts.
