Mr. Shimokawa, who is the brewer of Konko Brewery, is a discerning sake that handles everything from rice cultivation to sake brewing.
The sake name SUITOH is named after rice cultivated in paddy fields.
The rice used is Omachi, which is cultivated with reduced pesticides.
We use self-made fertilizers such as sake lees and seed koji for the fertilizer in the rice fields.
It has a gentle aroma and a simple but rich taste.
It's not flashy, but it's a junmai sake where you can fully enjoy the charm of Omachi rice.
