This is a kimoto junmai sake made using Omachi rice, which is made with the utmost care by passionate sake rice farmer Mame Farm in Okayama Prefecture, and has a super dry finish with a sake meter value of +10 .

By finishing the juiciness typical of Omachi with an extra-dry finish, this sake has a wide range of flavors to enjoy with meals, with its matured umami and spiciness soothing a body tired from the humid heat.
The smooth, sharp spiciness and the fine texture that is unique to kimoto brewing without added yeast carry through to the aftertaste, leaving an impression of deep power.

While there is an increase in low-alcohol, sweet and juicy sakes, Kitajima Kimoto Junmai, which sticks to its own unique path and is dry, is nostalgic yet evolved.
Whether chilled or left at room temperature, it goes well with a wide variety of dishes.
