Kochi's local sake " Minami " is produced in only about 300 koku ( equivalent to 30,000 one-liter bottles ) per year , making it an extremely rare brand among Tosa local sakes.

A dry type with a sour taste typical of Kochi sake.
It has a strong, full-bodied flavor, but also has a clean, crisp acidity and a refreshing, crisp aftertaste.
