The second original product from the original sake YouTuber!

This project aims to bring to you products from talented breweries that the original sake YouTuber Machal has come across while traveling around the country.
Although they are called products, they are completely original. They are sold once a month at liquor stores (about 20 stores) across the country that agree with Machal's ideas, with a different brewery each time.

The second sake in the series is from Mizokami Sake Brewery in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, which brews the famous sake "Tenshin."

Tenshin is a sake brewery that carefully brews sake beloved by locals, 80% of which is consumed in Kitakyushu City.

This time, we are releasing a limited edition sake in extremely limited quantities, original to the Sake Bond Sake Store.
This is a rare challenge tank sake that aims to be the ultimate sake to drink with meals, rooted in the land of Kitakyushu.

The scent is refreshing, reminiscent of citrus fruits.
When you put it in your mouth, a mellow flavor spreads throughout your mouth, but it also has a sharp acidity that doesn't make it heavy.
This flavor has a consistent and clear profile regardless of the temperature, making you want to drink cup after cup.

The base of this sake is made from Yumeikken, a type of rice from Fukuoka Prefecture that is suitable for sake brewing and is not suitable for intensive polishing.
The rice is polished to 65%, and No. 7 yeast is used, which is said to be the most compatible with this yeast in Mizokami Sake Brewery's experience.
It is brewed slowly and carefully at extremely low temperatures over a brewing period comparable to that of a Daiginjo sake.
