It has a fresh, freshly squeezed taste and a soft, rounded mouthfeel.
While many Hiyaoroshi are recommended to be drunk hot, Shichiken's Hiyaoroshi can be enjoyed at your preferred temperature: chilled, room temperature, or hot.
When drinking chilled, we recommend a wine glass, which allows you to enjoy the breadth of flavor, depth, and aroma more clearly.
