A timeless, dry barrel sake
While Kanesumiyoshi uses Yamada Nishiki rice, Ginsumiyoshi uses Sasanishiki rice, which is not suitable for sake brewing.
Since it is not filtered with activated charcoal, the color remains the original golden yellow color of the sake.
The sake is stored in Yoshino cedar barrels with shells to impart the rich aroma.
