The “W” in the brand name represents three meanings: Watanabe , World , and Warai .

W Aizan has a sweet, strawberry-like aroma and a smooth, glossy sweetness.
It has a delicate, rounded, and gentle flavor that is unique to Aizan, which is also known as the diamond of rice.

The “ W Series ” is a Junmai Daiginjo standard made by polishing the rice to 50 %, but it is labeled as Junmai Sake.
This is because we do not believe that reducing the size of rice milling or playing around with numbers will bring us closer to the essence of what the W series is aiming for.
